For my birthday I cut all my hair off and spent the weekened up on our land contemplating the next couple of months and what I would need to do and be to make the Conscious Movement Tour happen.

It was a very eye opening experience being up there taking that time to be with myself and nature. I'm off now to Philadelphia for my grandmothers 99th birthday then on to Baltimore

and Chicago. I hope to connect with sponsors and organizers as I go.
